•       Residential Cares/Assisted Living Facilities     3,052 Beds

During the fiscal year of 2010/2011, the Sonoma County Ombudsman Program provided services and information for:

• 7,104 individuals
• 921 complaints investigated
• 759 visits to Skilled Nursing Facilities
• 696 visits to Residential Care/Assisted Living Facilities
